System Cleaning Services
We provide installation and post-cleaning removal and disposal of industrial-grade system cleaner formulated to be compatible with your equipment. Depending on system requirements, we use either a pH-neutral or alkaline cleaner to circulate through the system and effectively remove oils, greases, debris, rust buildup, and other contaminants that can compromise system health and reduce the lifespan of the installed glycol.

Pump-in services for new and existing systems
We provide pump in services for all size systems. Our pumping operators have decades of experience ensuring safe and efficient installation of our glycol products into your system no matter the size. Because of our experience and full suite of high volume pump and compressor systems many of our HVAC and mechanical customers utilize Saybrooke’s installation services in addition to purchasing our glycol products.
Drain-down and waste glycol disposal services
We offer drain-down services along with environmental testing and disposal for waste glycol in existing systems requiring maintenance, ensuring that both hazardous and non-regulated waste are handled responsibly. Saybrooke is a licensed hazardous and non-hazardous waste transporter in MA, NH, CT, and RI, so you can trust that all waste glycol is managed safely and in full compliance with regulatory standards.
Boost System Freeze Point
If a system’s glycol concentration is lower than 30%, it might need boosting to meet the recommended freeze protection needs. Saybrooke offers end to end analytical, pumping service, and glycol supply and installation in order to restore the system to the required glycol concentration.
Analytical Testing
Saybrooke provides basic and comprehensive analytical testing to determine the health of the glycol in your system.
- Basic – pH, freeze point, glycol concentration, visual analysis
- Comprehensive – chemical analysis including pH, glycol concentration, freeze point, dissolved solids, corrosion constituents, degradation constituents, inhibitor levels, and any other system specific testing that is required
